International law firm BCLP has expanded its real state practice with the addition of a new Partner Dr. Florian Ehrich. He will be joined by two associates.

Dr. Florian Ehrich brings extensive experience advising national and international investors on real estate transactions, project developments, and large-scale commercial lease agreements. Most recently, he served as Head of Real Estate in Germany at a large international law firm in Berlin, where he developed the real estate practice. Prior to that, he worked at a German commercial law firm, advising clients on complex real estate transactions and asset management matters.

Dr. Florian Ehrich commented, “I am looking forward to working with the team at BCLP. The firm stands out for its collegial approach and commitment to its clients as well as its clear dedication to the real estate sector. Its international reach and interdisciplinary teams complement the firm’s complex real estate transactions and finance capabilities. This provides a great foundation to further grow my practice in Germany and to provide comprehensive support to clients on demanding projects.”

Christian Lonquich, Head of Real Estate in Germany, said: “We are delighted to welcome Florian to our team. His extensive experience, international network, and entrepreneurial mindset make him an ideal addition to our Real Estate team, strengthening our ability to deliver top-tier advisory services.”

Carsten Bremer, Office Managing Partner Germany, added: “Florian Ehrich is an excellent real estate lawyer with strategic foresight. His arrival marks an important step in the continued expansion of our German practice—particularly in the real estate sector, which remains a top priority.”
