BCLP advised Crédit Agricole d'Aquitaine (as arranger and lender), BNP Paribas and La Banque Postale (as lenders) in the financing of the acquisition of KAP Développement by Soléo.

Soléo, a leading food wholesaler for restaurant professionals, has considerably strengthened its key partnership with KAP Développement, head of the "Le Kiosque à Pizzas" network specializing in the production and sale of homemade takeaway pizzas, by acquiring the latter's entire capital.

The transaction was partially financed by a banking consortium composed of Crédit Agricole d'Aquitaine, BNP Paribas and La Banque Postale, as well as by a debt issue subscribed by funds managed by Galia Gestion, Ixo Private Equity and BPIFrance Investissement.

Crédit Agricole d'Aquitaine, represented by Hervé Lucas and Michael Pedro, arranged the bank loan.

The BCLP team of Olivier Borenstejn, partner, and Gwenaël Fassot, associate, advised the banking consortium on the financing of the operation.

The team of Altaïr Conseil, which included Pierre Gramage, partner, and Jeanne Mucchielli, associate, advised Soléo.

Squadra Avocats, represented by Stéphanie Gérard, advised the funds.
