BCLP Advises Collineo on Mezzanine Financing for the ‘INquartier’ in Ingolstadt

International law firm BCLP has advised Collineo Asset Management GmbH on a mezzanine financing for the project development “INquartier” in Ingolstadt, Germany.

GERCH-Group, headquartered in Düsseldorf, Germany, is developing the project INquartier in the northeast of Ingolstadt with predominantly residential development on a 153,000-square-metre site formerly used for industry purposes. The project aims to provide the city with areas for residential and commercial use, with two-thirds of the site's land being planned for residential use and one-third for commercial/office use. The main focus of the urban, family friendly district is housing. Rental and owner-occupied apartments for all generations and income levels are to be built. The neighborhood will be complemented by office use, provision of daily necessities, gastronomy and a child daycare center.
