Scott Franc is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Transactions department. He represents public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and other corporate transactions.

Scott graduated cum laude from Boston College Law School, where he was an Articles Editor of the Boston College Law Review. During law school, he worked in a clinic providing legal advice to formerly incarcerated entrepreneurs in the early stages of starting their own businesses.
