Co-Chair, Partners Interviewed by Leaders League in Paris

BCLP Co-Chair Lisa Mayhew and Paris office Co-Partners in Charge Olivier Mesmin and Constantin Achillas were interviewed Oct. 11 by Leaders League concerning the firm’s overall business strategy and inclusion and diversity drive. Noting that the firm’s geographic makeup is 51% in the U.S. and 49% abroad, Lisa said that BCLP has become adept at managing business across cultures and borders. “Since we do not have a DNA that is dominated by one nationality, we can differentiate ourselves through our diversity among competitors,” she told the publication. “We also make our culture and talent programs a priority….We have plenty of progress to make and this is something that is very important to our business. It is everyone’s responsibility, and we should own it in order to form a healthy habit of diversity and inclusion.”
