He regularly advises a wide range of French and international clients including investment funds, corporates, institutional investors such as insurance companies, REITs wealth or sovereign funds, assets managers, property developers, and wealthy individuals within the frameworks of their transactions and investments (structuring, tax forecasts, day-to-day, negotiations, tax reviews, tax audits).
