Co-lead of Commercial Disputes Interviewed by ‘Law360’
Feb 01, 2021London Partner and Co-lead of Commercial Disputes Graham Shear was interviewed by Law360 for a detailed article first published Jan. 29. Shear spoke to the publication about becoming co-lead of BCLP’s Commercial Disputes Practice, the types of cases he enjoys the most, the changes he’s witnessed in the practice over his 30-year career and the advice he would give to trainee dispute lawyers. When asked what industry developments he is keeping an eye on, Shear said “I’ve seen recessions come and go. The most interesting part is watching those businesses that have grown and may have actually only developed because of the challenges in the economy.”
