David B. Schwartz, a partner in BCLP's Antitrust, Competition and Trade practice, recently spoke with The New York Times about companies taking advantage of the current favorable regulatory environment for businesses.

In the article, David says political interference on the antitrust side is a trending topic on both sides of the aisle.
