Paris Team Advises Altice France in Acquisitions from Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations

A cross-practice BCLP team in Paris advised Altice France on the acquisition of the shares of Caisse des dépôts et consignations (CDC) in six project companies that are holders of public service concessions relating to the conception and operation of fixed telecommunication broadband networks.

The acquisition of the shares in four of these companies was subject to the authorization of the French Competition Authority, which was obtained May 29. 

BCLP’s Altice France team included Partner Julie Catala Marty, Counsel Rémi Beydon and Associate Laura Doumoulakis on competition law aspects, and Partner Christian Sauer and Associates Paul Ast and Dora Pucci on M&A-corporate aspects.
