Real estate group leaders discuss sustainability imperative with PERE magazine
Dec 07, 2023In connection with the launch of BCLP’s thought leadership campaign, “The Sustainability Imperative: The Future of Real Estate Investment,” Partners Andy Auerbach and Kieran Saunders were featured in PERE magazine, the leading publication for the world’s private real estate markets. The two were featured as part of a keynote interview in the publication’s latest “Sustainable Investing” special report. Andy and Kieran discuss the sustainability imperative within real estate and the main factors driving investor decision-making in sustainable building investment, both in Europe and the US, covering issues such as retrofitting, environmental standards and cost.
