Richard de Rose and Andy Stull of Houlihan Lokey joined our panel alongside BCLP Partner Amy Taylor Wilson, and discussed the commercial considerations of choosing a SPAC and the business implications in contrast to a traditional IPO, drawing on specific experience guiding companies through the process. The conversation was moderated by BCLP Partner Kenneth Henderson.
