Biography
Adam Kinkley is an Associate in BCLP's Business and Commercial Disputes group, where he represents clients on a variety of business disputes and litigation matters.
Adam also has experience as an Honors Program Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division, where he managed key aspects of major investigations and litigation, and as a Law Clerk on the United States Courts of Appeal for the Ninth and Tenth Circuits.
Adam earned his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he served as Notes & Comments Editor for the Yale Law Journal and Submissions Editor for the Yale Law & Policy Review. He was also a student intern for the Environmental Protection & Housing Clinics and volunteered with both the Temporary Restraining Order Project and the Marshall-Brennen Constitutional Literacy Project.
Before law school, Adam was a Business Analyst for a major consulting firm. He earned his B.A. in Finance & Political Science, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Washington.
