Biography
Amee Frodle is Counsel in BCLP’s Seattle office and a member of the Business & Commercial Disputes team. She represents clients across highly regulated and innovation-driven sectors, including pharmaceutical, biopharma and technology companies, helping them navigate complex commercial disputes with practical, business-focused advice. Amee’s litigation experience spans the full lifecycle of a matter, from early case assessment, strategy development and pleadings through fact and expert discovery, dispositive motion practice, trial preparation, trial and appeal. She has handled complex discovery, worked with fact and expert witnesses, drafted and argued motions, managed case strategy across multiple forums and supported clients in resolving disputes efficiently while protecting their broader commercial objectives.

- Represented a healthcare industry client and a telecommunications client in two separate False Claims Act litigations, resulting in the government filing a motion to dismiss all claims before the close of discovery in both cases.
- Achieved full court dismissal of claims brought against healthcare client under the False Claims Act at the motion to dismiss stage.
- Represented a provider of government services in U.S. state court proceedings related to the recognition and enforcement of a foreign court judgment.
Pro Bono
- Secured settlement on the eve of trial in Section 1983 excessive force action on behalf of plaintiff who suffered injuries from police encounter.
- Achieved highly favorable settlement for plaintiff in disability discrimination lawsuit against federal agency.
- Represented plaintiffs challenging the pretextual addition of a citizenship question to the 2020 Census questionnaire in federal district court, achieving a win at trial.
