Andrew has experience in high end residential property transactions - both buying and selling; acting for a range of ultra high net worth private individuals, family offices as well as corporate clients.  Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in residential sales, purchases, financing and refinancings of freehold and leasehold properties in England and Wales as well as experience of voluntary and statutory lease extensions and enfranchisement matters.  Andrew has in depth knowledge of the issues that can arise when dealing with complex high value residential transactions and he is able to anticipate and deal with the same to provide clients with certainty of execution.
