Anne-Elisabeth is a senior associate in the Competition and Distribution team based in Paris.

Anne-Elisabeth advises companies on antitrust issues related to investigations and cases before the French Competition Authority and the European Commission (horizontal agreements/cartels, vertical agreements), on merger control and State aid.

Anne-Elisabeth also assists clients under the merger and public procurement tools of the Foreign Subsidies Regulation.

Anne-Elisabeth works in various sector, such as Fast Moving Consumer Goods, energy and banking sector.

Anne-Elisabeth holds an LLM from King’s College London in competition law, and an LLM from the Berlin Humboldt University in European business and comparative law. She did her bachelor in Paris Panthéon-Assas.
