Biography

Aslan Sönmez is an associate in the M&A and Corporate Finance department in our Hamburg office. He advises German and international clients on private equity and M&A transactions.

Prior to joining BCLP, Aslan worked in the litigation department of a major international law firm. He has in-depth knowledge of domestic and international dispute resolution, particularly in the area of mass litigation.
