Giles is a Senior Associate in BCLP’s Real Estate Due Diligence and Real Estate Finance Teams.

Originally from North Wales and a fluent Welsh speaker, Giles is qualified to practice in both England & Wales and Northern Ireland. Giles currently carries out due diligence work for Real Estate transactions and project work, coupled with Real Estate Finance work where he acts predominantly on the Lender side.

Prior to joining BCLP Giles worked for 6 years at a leading Legal 200 regional practice in Cheshire and also in Northern Ireland’s largest commercial law firm, dealing with a significant amount of Real Estate finance and restructuring work deriving as a result of the 2008 financial crash.
