Biography
Connor Blevins is an associate in the firm’s Energy, Environment, and Infrastructure group. Connor concentrates his practice on the acquisition and divestiture of renewable and other energy assets, including oil and gas, and representing project developers in the carbon capture, utilization and sequestration (CCUS) industry.
Connor advises clients on the financing, formation, and operation of joint ventures and partnerships. Connor also routinely advises clients on a variety of complex commercial agreements, including build-transfer agreements, gas gathering agreements, gas processing agreements, joint operating agreements, oil and gas and pore space leases, surface use agreements, and other complex commercial agreements related to renewable energy, oil and gas, and CCUS projects.

- Represented Shipper in Gas Gathering Agreement and Gas Processing Agreement with a dedication for all the natural gas produced in five separate counties in Texas.

- Represented Borrower in a syndicated term loan with an available term loan commitment of $600 million.
- Represented Borrower in a working capital revolving credit facility with a revolving loan commitment of $100 million.
- Represented Borrower in a working capital facility with a facility limit of $55 million.
