Daniel is an Associate in BCLP's market-leading Real Estate Disputes team, with experience of advising clients on a broad range of high value and contentious property-related disputes. He works with clients across a number of different sectors within the industry including developers, institutional investors and landlords, and large corporate occupiers.

Daniel has experience litigating matters in the Court of Appeal, the High Court, the Upper Tribunal, the County Court and the First-tier Tribunal.

His advisory practice experience includes a wide range of real property disputes and landlord and tenant disputes, matters arising under the Building Safety Act 2022, and asset management work for some of the UK's largest retailers and occupiers.
