Biography

Ellie is an Associate in the Employment & Labor group with experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Ellie supports a wide range of clients across sectors on employment disputes, disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancy exercises, and day-to-day HR queries. Her work also includes drafting employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements. Ellie regularly assists on the employment aspects of corporate and real estate transactions, including due diligence and TUPE advice.

Definition of ‘woman” in the Equality Act, guidance on conduct dismissals, and a news roundup
