Emily has experience in all aspects of town and country planning law and advises a wide range of clients from the private and public sectors.  Her experience includes major regeneration projects, infrastructure projects, planning inquiries, negotiation of planning agreements, compulsory acquisition, review of planning applications, due diligence and judicial review.
