Evan Gray is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Transactions team. He advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters and complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), entity formation, and commercial agreements. Evan regularly supports ESOP transactions involving shareholder liquidity events, corporate restructurings, and related financing arrangements, and advises ESOP-owned companies on governance and transactional matters. His experience spans a variety of industries, including telecommunications, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, renewable energy, hospitality, and cybersecurity.

Evan’s client-centric approach, combined with his expertise in corporate law and business transactions, enables him to deliver effective and customized legal solutions that align with his client’s goals.

While at the University of Miami School of Law, he served as staff editor for the University of Miami Law Review.
