Biography
Fraser Wayne is a member of the firm's Energy, Environment and Infrastructure and Technology Practice Groups. His practice focuses on acquisitions, divestitures, strategic joint ventures and project development involving renewable and non-renewable energy assets. He is a frequent author and presenter on energy trends, developments and concepts.
Fraser regularly works with utilities in the acquisition of renewable energy projects, including build-transfer transactions. Fraser also works with project developers across the full spectrum of their projects, including land acquisition and contracts concerning project development through completion.
Fraser has been a lead attorney on some of the largest U.S. onshore asset-level oil and gas transactions over the past five years, and he continues to build on this practice with transactional work in the upstream and midstream oil and gas space.
Fraser has experience across North America and is qualified to practice law in Alberta (Canada), Colorado, and Texas.
