Biography

Glenn Coleman handles a broad range of commercial litigations and has special experience in the areas of trademark, copyright, securities, trusts and estates and insurance law. Has also been involved in property and construction-related disputes representing lenders, investors and property owners in foreclosure, defective construction, and appraisal matters. 

Mr. Coleman also focuses his practice on consumer financial services litigation. He has experience representing financial institutions in complex business litigation matters before state and federal courts. He has defended financial institutions in a variety of cases, including matters alleging violations of the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FRCA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), as well as state unfair and deceptive acts or practices (UDAP) statutes and other consumer lending statutes and regulations.

From 1990-1996, Mr. Coleman practiced with another law firm, where he contributed to that firm's litigation, environmental and corporate practices.
