Grace’s experience includes responding to charges of discrimination involving age, disability, race, and labor code violations before numerous state agencies and the EEOC. She also represents clients in arbitrations involving allegations of wrongful termination and retaliation.

Grace earned her J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law, where she distinguished herself academically by serving on the Missouri Law Review and being elected to the Order of the Coif in recognition of her exceptional scholastic achievement.
