Helen Smith is a senior associate in the Real Estate department. Helen has experience in a broad range of real estate matters including landlord and tenant transactions and general asset management, acquisitions and disposals of real estate investments and real estate finance. She acts for property investors, landlords and tenants and institutional lenders within the retail, office and industrial sectors.

- Regularly acts for a large supermarket chain in respect of various landlord and tenant and asset management work, together with matters involving concession agreements and occupation by concessionaires and franchisees at their stores.
- Advising the Crown Estate in respect of various asset management work involving their central London portfolio assets.
- Advises several UK REITs in respect of lettings and ongoing asset management work involving a number of multi-let industrial and retail portfolios.
- Acting for Pension funds and JPUTs in relation to various disposals of multi-let industrial estates and single commercial units.
