Hetty has advised on:

•    securing planning permission for a residential scheme in South London, together with advising on affordable housing obligations and viability assessments;

•    highway agreements, public path creation agreements, oversail licences and stopping up orders for mixed use and commercial sites;

•    the expansion of an airport, including mitigating risks through habitats and environmental screening;
 
•    an application for a Development Consent Order to authorise a hazardous waste landfill; and 

•    the review of minerals planning permissions to extend the working life of quarries.
