Biography

Jemima is an Associate in the Employment & Labor group with experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Jemima has worked with a wide range of clients on complex tribunal matters, data subject access requests and grievance processes, as well as advising on day-to-day employment issues from sick leave to post-termination restrictions.

Jemima has experience drafting and reviewing company policies and employment contracts. Her work also involves advising on the employment law aspects of corporate and real estate transactions.
