Jennie Wynne is a versatile commercial real estate attorney with decades of experience focused on delivering the highest level of service to diverse and sophisticated clients across a broad range of industries. Her practice encompasses all areas of transactional real estate work with particular strength in the areas of complex leasing and acquisition, disposition, and merger transactions, including renewable energy project acquisitions. Jennie’s leasing practice covers the full spectrum of asset classes, including office, industrial, healthcare, retail, data centers and renewable energy, where she represents both landlords and tenants and oversees leasing matters for clients with hundreds of properties and leased locations throughout the United States. A true business partner, Jennie collaborates with her clients to develop teams and processes to increase efficiencies and responsiveness that successfully helps them meet their goals.  

Prior to joining BCLP, Jennie practiced as a commercial litigator, focused on construction and surety bond litigation. Having litigated numerous complicated cases to conclusion, including successfully arguing before the Missouri Supreme Court reversing the Court of Appeals, Jennie brings this experience and perspective to the negotiating table, providing her real estate clients with valuable insight to minimize the risks of litigation.
