Jennifer is a senior associate in the Commercial Construction and Engineering team. Jennifer is experienced in a broad range of non-contentious construction matters from providing strategic procurement advice to drafting and negotiating a range of construction contracts and related agreements, including forward funding agreements, agreements for lease, development agreements and facility agreements. Jennifer has experience with industry standard forms as well as bespoke contracts and acts for a wide range of clients, including developers, institutional landlords, funders and investors.
