BCLP advises Landsec on sale of 1 New Street Square for £349.5m

International law firm BCLP advised Landsec on the sale of 1 New Street Square to Chinachem Group, a Hong Kong SAR-based property developer. The total consideration for the sale amounts to £349.5 million. 1 New Street Square is fully let to Deloitte and forms part of its wider campus in the City of London.
