John Patrick Jahn is a Senior Associate in BCLP’s real estate team in Frankfurt. He focuses on tenancy and property law as well as public law, including environmental, planning and infrastructure law. He advises national and international investors, banks, asset managers, insurance companies and project developers on a broad range of real estate-related matters, with a particular emphasis on transactions and ongoing asset management. His work includes advising on real estate investments by way of share and asset deals, as well as on related public law aspects. He has extensive experience in the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases. In addition, John supports clients in the development of strategies aimed at preventing and managing legal disputes. He also advises on alternative transaction structures, including forward funding arrangements and investor models. John studied law at Philipps-Universität Marburg and completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main.
