John Patrick Jahn is an Associate in BCLP´s Real Estate team in Frankfurt. He advises national and international clients, including investors, banks, asset managers, insurance companies and project developers, on all real estate-related matters. This includes advising on real estate investments in the context of share or asset deals as well as on real estate-related public law matters and ongoing asset management, in particular the drafting and negotiation of leases. Additionally he assists clients in developing strategies to avoid legal disputes.
