Biography
Dr. Jonas Asgodom is Counsel in our Real Estate team in Frankfurt. He focuses on public procurement and subsidy law, in particular for hospitals and the healthcare sector. He conducts public procurement procedures for contracting authorities and assists bidders in the preparation of tenders. In procurement review proceedings, he represents both contracting authorities and tenderers. He also advises on all aspects of administrative, environmental and construction law.
Before joining BCLP, Dr. Asgodom worked for various national and international law firms in Kiel, Berlin and Frankfurt am Main in the areas of construction, public procurement and environmental law. He has also been a lecturer at the Universities of Kiel and Hamburg and is currently a lecturer in environmental law at the University of Koblenz. Dr. Asgodom regularly contributes to publications in the field of administrative law.
Dr. Asgodom holds an J.S.D./S.J.D. from the Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel for a dissertation on European administrative law and an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley.
