Biography
Jonathan Chu is an associate in the firm's Energy, Environment & Infrastructure group. He first joined the firm as a Summer Associate in 2023 and spent two summers in the St. Louis office.
Jonathan received his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law where he graduated summa cum laude from the part-time evening program. While in law school, he served as a student attorney in the SLU Law Entrepreneurship and Development Clinic, where he helped provide counseling to small businesses and neighborhood groups as well as assist in drafting organizational documents and contracts. He received a B.M. summa cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a double major in economics and violin performance and a M.M. from The Juilliard School.
Prior to joining BCLP, Jonathan was a member of several prestigious American orchestras, including the Philadelphia Orchestra, Boston Symphony Orchestra, and St. Louis Symphony Orchestra.
