Joseph is an Associate in the Business and Commercial Disputes group in BCLP’s London office.  His practice focuses on complex commercial, securities and group litigation, for which he advises a variety of global financial services institutions, along with civil fraud, high-value corporate and shareholder disputes, and complex advisory matters.
