Katharina Zobel is an attorney in our German employment law team. She advises various national and international companies as well as public sector employers on all matters relating to individual and collective employment law. In addition to representing clients in court proceedings, she is involved in drafting employment contracts and collective agreements (e.g., works agreements).

Katharina has extensive in-house experience with large corporations (Lufthansa Systems, IBM, Kyndryl), most recently as head of human resources. In this function, she was responsible for negotiating works agreements at group, Inc. and company level. In addition, she advised on all individual and collective law issues as well as on various insourcings/outsourcings of employees and was responsible as project manager for supervisory board elections.
