Biography
Katie has experience representing borrowers and lenders in all aspects of real estate finance matters, acting for financial institutions, property companies, institutional investors and debt funds. She has worked on a variety of deals from single-asset bilateral facilities to syndicated facilities on property portfolios. Katie has experience of senior and mezzanine debt, investment, development and inventory finance, secured on a full spectrum of real estate asset classes including offices, residential, student, BTR, logistics, retail and senior living.

Advising Argent on behalf of King’s Cross Central Limited Partnership to secure over £2 billion of financing used to fund the multi-award winning King’s Cross mixed-used urban regeneration scheme, including a £400 million “green loan” from Wells Fargo, HSBC and Helaba to support the development of two new environmentally-conscious office buildings.
Acting for Riverstone on multiple financings including a £219 million inventory finance facility from Cheyne in connection with Riverstone's Kensington development.
