Katy rejoined the firm in 2022 from a large City practice. Katy has over 20 years’ experience acting for a variety of investors, funds and developers in relation to complex operational assets across a number of real estate sectors and sub-sectors. She has specific experience in the Built to Rent and Life Sciences sectors and routinely advises on joint ventures, forward fundings and complex development and regeneration schemes by way of both asset and share transactions. Katy has also led multidisciplinary teams on numerous real estate and corporatized transactions (UK and Pan-European).
