Biography
Kyle Hirsch litigates business disputes, with a strong focus representing financial institutions and non-traditional lenders in connection with enforcing loans secured by real estate and operating business assets. Mr. Hirsch’s practice spans state, federal, and bankruptcy courts throughout the country with a focus in the Southwest. He has litigated matters involving assets in a variety of industries, including hospitality, commercial and industrial business operations, commercial and residential real estate, retail, healthcare, energy, construction, manufacturing, and distribution.
As a compliment to Mr. Hirsch’s work on behalf of the firm’s clients, he applies his Spanish language fluency to provide pro bono legal assistance to deserving members of the Phoenix community, garnering significant recognition including being named as one of the Top 50 Pro Bono Attorneys in Arizona for 2007 by The Arizona Foundation for Legal Services & Education, the Childrens Law Center Attorney of the Year for 2009 by the Volunteer Lawyers Project, and the February 2017 Attorney of the Month by Community Legal Services.
