Laura has experience of a variety of corporate finance transactions including acquisitions and disposals (both share and asset) for buyer and seller, mergers, corporate restructurings, initial public offerings, secondary fundraisings and private equity related work as well as general corporate and compliance matters including corporate governance and company secretarial support for both private and public companies.

She is a co-leader of the BCLP healthcare focus group and runs Care Conversation on behalf of BCLP, a networking group for senior professionals in the healthcare sector run by BCLP, Barclays Bank plc and BDO LLP.
