Leslie F. DeGonia is an associate in the firm’s M&A and Corporate Finance group. Her corporate practice focuses on all areas of business law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and ongoing general corporate advice. She maintains an active sports and entertainment practice with a particular focus on advising and working with women’s sports leagues and teams. She serves as the Vice President of Administration for the Women in Sports + Events (WISE) Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter.

Leslie earned her J.D. from Washington University School of Law.
