Martin Pardemann is an Associate in BCLP’s Corporate M&A team in Frankfurt. He advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate law matters, with a particular focus on public and private mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate restructurings. His practice includes advising on the structuring and execution of complex transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, and strategic reorganisations, including cross-border mergers and demergers.

Prior to joining BCLP, Martin gained experience both at an international law firm and as in-house counsel at a leading Frankfurt-based financial institution. In that role, he advised primarily on capital markets, regulatory, and investment law matters.

Martin studied law at the University of Bayreuth.
