Biography
Nicholas A. Bedo is a member of the firm’s Business & Commercial Disputes practice group. He focuses his practice on large-scale general and complex commercial litigation across a variety of industries, including products liability and mass torts, copyright and trademark protections, and sports and fiduciary litigation. More recently, a significant portion of Nick’s practice involves his representation of clients in major mass tort litigation involving PFAS.
Nick is also a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property & Technology and Sports & Entertainment Groups. He assists both individuals, companies, and nonprofits across industries, including health care and life sciences, sports and entertainment, and consumer products, to protect their intellectual property and other commercial rights. Nick also counsels clients on state and federal trademark clearance and registration and copyright registration. On the sports side of his practice, Nick represents several teams and universities on contract-related issues and emerging NIL disputes.
