  • Assisted on an adjudication with respect to liquidated damages and extension of time determinations.
  • Assisting in an arbitration with respect to an 800m dirham shopping mall project in Dubai.
  • Assisting in an arbitration with respect to a 740m dirham residential development in Dubai.
  • Assisting in cross-border proceedings with respect to summary judgment and an application for an inquiry as to damages under a cross-undertaking provided by the Claimant to obtain a (now discharged) freezing injunction.
  • Assisting in proceedings with respect to the unlawful suspension and appropriation of trading accounts.
