- Arbitration: Acting for a contractor, with respect to an 800m dirham shopping mall project in Dubai
- Arbitration: Acting for a contractor, with respect to a 740m dirham residential development in Dubai
- Litigation: Dispute with respect to the discharge of a freezing injunction obtained by the client’s lender, through a without notice application alleging breach of a loan agreement. Follow-on proceedings included an application for summary judgment, and an application for an inquiry as to damages under a cross-undertaking provided by the Claimant to obtain the (now discharged) freezing injunction
