Biography
Dr. Raffaele Mazza is a Counsel in our Real Estate team in Berlin.
He advises German and international clients on commercial real estate transactions, the acquisition and sale of real estate portfolios, as well as on all matters relating to corporate real estate and legal asset management. His practice focuses particularly on real estate acquisition law and commercial tenancy law. He has extensive industry knowledge in office buildings, retail properties, business parks, residential real estate, hotels, warehouses and logistics centers, onshore wind farms, and nursing homes.
Before joining BCLP, Dr. Raffaele Mazza worked for several years at various international law firms. He studied law at the University of Trier and the University of Sheffield and earned his doctorate at Freie Universität Berlin with a thesis on “Mistake of Law and Reliance on Legal Advice in European, German and French Antitrust Law.”
