International law firm BCLP announces today Dr. Raffaele Mazza and Karin Heydari will join the Berlin and Frankfurt offices as counsel, respectively.  

Raffaele’s practice focuses on Real Estate. Prior to joining BCLP, he practiced at an international law firm in Berlin. He advises domestic and international clients on real estate transactions, including portfolio acquisitions and disposals, as well as commercial lease matters. He brings deep experience in guiding complex real estate projects.

Karin Heydari joins from an international law firm in Frankfurt. Her practice focuses on cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. She has extensive experience advising on complex corporate sales and reorganizations across a range of industries and international markets.
