Biography
Sana Suhail is a longstanding leader in product liability and construction litigation. She has served as national coordinating counsel for manufacturers, designers, retailers and large insurance carriers in the management of litigation around the country in both state and federal courts. Sana is experienced in the defense of claims involving alleged manufacturing and design defects at all stages including expert discovery, electronic discovery and deposition.
In her construction disputes practice, Sana has represented general contractors, owners, and design professionals in a variety of litigation matters from inception of a lawsuit through trial or appeal. She has extensive experience litigating cases claiming property damage or allegations of death and catastrophic injuries resulting from construction accidents. She is also frequently engaged as a trusted advisor to general contractors, drafting and negotiating construction contracts on their behalf as well as providing guidance on proactive risk management.
Sana has also successfully mediated dozens of multi-party actions involving complex civil litigation and is known to carefully prioritize business considerations before, during and after litigation has commenced.
Prior to joining BCLP, Sana was a partner in Lewis Brisbois’ New York office and vice chair of the firm’s Product Liability Practice.
