Biography

Sean is an Associate in the Commercial Construction team. He is experienced in drafting, negotiating and advising on construction contracts and related documents, including building contracts, development agreements, agreements for lease, infrastructure agreements and professional appointments. Sean regularly acts on a variety of projects from small developments to large and complex commercial, residential and infrastructure projects, and has acted for some of the largest land owners, developers, contractors and funders in both Australia and the UK.

Prior to working in private practice, Sean worked for a contractor for over 5 years specialising in mixed use residential developments, and understands the key commercial and legal drivers for clients on construction projects.
