BCLP advises Great Portland Estates on pre-let at The Delft to Quantexa

International law firm BCLP has advised Great Portland Estates (GPE) on the pre-let of 52,293 sq ft at The Delft, formerly known as Minerva House, to global data, analytics and AI software firm Quantexa. The agreement marks a significant step forward in GPE’s redevelopment of the landmark Southbank property into 143,100 sq ft of premium workspace, scheduled for completion in spring 2027.

The Delft occupies a prominent riverside position near London Bridge station and Borough Market. Planning permission for the extensive refurbishment was granted in June 2023 and once complete, it will deliver best-in-class HQ workspace with extensive River Thames frontage and a 6,000 sq ft communal roof terrace. Quantexa will occupy five floors of the building, positioning the firm at the centre of one of London’s most dynamic business districts.
