Simon Weßel is an Associate at BCLP and a member of the Restructuring & Insolvency practice group in Frankfurt. He advises and represents national and international clients in the area of insolvency and restructuring law, including distressed M&A. This includes advising companies and its management, shareholders, lender, creditors, as well as debtors and investors on the development and implementation of strategies for restructuring and reorganization in and outside of insolvency proceedings.
